Banu Gaidar is a Kazakhstani fashion designer and entrepreneur, founder of the brands BAY by Banu Gaidar and Erkesylkym by Banu Gaidar. Since 2012 she has been building her own business, combining contemporary fashion, Kazakhstan’s national heritage and entrepreneurship. She presents her projects at international exhibitions and business events.
